Veterans Disability -

"To care for him, who shall have borne the battle, and for his widow and his orphan." - Abraham Lincoln

Veterans Disability Attorney located in Reading, Massachusetts

Whether you served during World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War, Iraq War, The War in Afghanistan or at any other time over the past several decades, we want to thank you and your families for giving so much of yourselves in service to this great country of ours.  As fellow veterans, we know first hand the unique challenges and pressures that veterans face upon their return home.  In observance of President Lincoln's credo, it is with great pride that we fight for our fellow veterans to ensure that they receive all of the entitlements that are due them under the law.

If you are a veteran of the United States Army, Army Reserve, Navy, Naval Reserve, Marine Corps, Marine Corps Reserve, Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Coast Guard, Coast Guard Reserve, Army National Guard or the Air National Guard, you are entitled to receive disability benefits if you can establish the following three things:

  1. You are currently suffering from a medical disability;
  2. While serving in the military there was some event or sequence of events that caused you to sustain an injury or contract a disease; and
  3. Your current medical disability is causally related to the injury or disease that you suffered while serving in the military.

Other circumstances, such as negligent care received at a Veterans Administration Hospital or the worsening of a non service-connected ailment caused by a service related injury or disease can also entitle you to disability benefits.  And if you are found to be disabled, then you may qualify for monthly payments of up to $3,100.00 or more!

"Service-related" or "Service-connected" ailments include, but certainly are not limited to, the following:

  • Head Injuries;
  • Exposure Ailments (Agent Orange, Gulf War Syndrome, etc..);
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder;
  • Psychological disorders;
  • Neck injuries:
  • Back Injuries;
  • Leg Injuries;
  • Arm Injuries;
  • Hand Injuries;
  • Foot Injuries; and
  • Spinal cord injuries

Please call our office for a free legal analysis of your claim. It costs nothing to talk to us and, like with all of our cases, there is no fee unless we are successful in getting benefits for you!  Although we are located in Reading, Massachusetts, we accept veterans' disability cases from all over the country!  We are veterans serving veterans!
